Pizza was ok but the manager…. Rude and with attitude because we wanted to sit inside to eat and paid with cash. The manager had a major attitude when I wanted to pay with a $50 on a $28 bill (smallest bill I had). He asked if I had anything smaller, I apologized and said “no sorry this is it”. A lot of huffing and puffing then he finally opened the safe to get change. We got our pizza and then I had to ask for plates which led to more attitude and then reluctantly I had to ask for more napkins as ALL the napkin holders were empty… you guessed it, more of the same. I guess this location does not have people dining in much… anyways. If I had to rate the pizza alone I’d give it 3 stars but with the managers attitude added it gets 2.

Do not order from here. Eric is rude and they undercook your food. They put one pepperoni on each slice. Hell go to pizza hut where csr is friendly and more caring and will cook your pizza right.

Ordered online with mobile app, using 5.99 coupon code. Ordered a handmade pan with beef & bacon and traditional sweet tai wings! The my driver arrived within reasonable time with very hot food! I called a asked if the would run my wings through twice (I like to make sure it’s cooked ) and they honored my request! She was very sweet and friendly over the phone. They were cooked perfectly! My pizza was hot the toppings were very generous! I recommend to get the handmade pan it blends well with the sauce!

Horrible service, constantly late deliveries, near impossible to contact via phone, and despite forgetting to bring dipping sauce on 5 straight deliveries they refused to reimburse OR replace the missing items! Recommend reidville rd location instead

delivery times are usually on point however there have been times when i found myself waiting almost 2 hours…i live 5 mins away! they do their best to make up for such delinquencies and i appreciate the effort made to right the occasional wrongs. the food here is consistently prepared properly unlike the other local stores ergo i prefer this location.

Was abt to leave a bad review, then the guy came back on after 15mins of holding. Keep in mind its 11a.m (trucker life) so I said there isn’t no way they are that busy this early, To be on hold so long.. I called my order in, my husband went in told them the name said it’ll be a few minutes, 10 minutes later they some how lost our order and had to remake it! 30 minutes later we get our burnt pizza! I took a picture of a customer who pulled up to the side walk going the wrong way and Parked beside the sign that clearly states NO PARKING FIRE LANE, I’m surprised she didn’t just pull up to the. front door like the next 2 cars who actually did, blocking the entrance. What is so bad is I went inside and told the employees who could have cared less! I will not be back, pizza was not good either!
