Sincerely I have to say never order delivery from ANY Jimmy John’s in Ann Arbor. For the past 3 years basically any online order or delivery will take 30+ minutes to get processed GUARANTEED. If you walk in and order you will be served and out in under 5 minutes but anything else you will die of starvation before your food is ready. Obviously it seems that the delivery drivers are either understaffed and/or underpaid and frankly I don’t know why I keep attempting to see if anything has changed. It’s been over an hour and my order doesn’t even say its out for delivery yet, I legitimately could have walked all the way to the location and back and finished my food by now.

I placed an order through the app that made me do pick up tried to reorder did the same thing called the store got it straightened out made it for a delivery waited for an hour never showed up card was charged three times for one sandwich delivery driver swears they dropped it off at the door but I stood there for the whole hour lunch break waiting for it never got it

Went in at 9:20, 40 minutes before close, to grab a sandwich and use the restroom. After I paid and received my sandwich I tried to use the restroom but it was occupied. I did t plan on eating inside but I sat down to start eating my sandwich while I waited for the restroom. Then after I eat about half the bathroom door swings open and a female employee comes out and says I’m sorry. You can’t eat in here we are closing, the. I asked if I could use the bathroom because I’ve been waiting and she said no it’s closed too like I said we are closing soon. By this time it was 9:30 and I was being rudely pushed out of the store and denied access to use the restroom, which was the main reason I stopped!

Driver did not notify me of my delivery. Chucked my order to the ground and left. I work at an alternative high school so I’m lucky none of the students didn’t take it! Manager stated the app tells you it’s there, no sir it still says it’s out for delivery…. its been over 40 minutes since it was dropped off…. poor service all around will definitely not use this location again. Also, you can not change your tip after delivery which I find a bit ridiculous.

My bf went to pick up a tuna sandwich for me, as I had been studying for 10 hours. He brought it home, I opened it up and it was a turkey sandwich. I’m a pescatarian (I eat fish but not other meat) and have been for 10 years. My bf took my sandwich back and the cashier insisted he ordered Turkey. My boyfriend also doesn’t eat meat so he didn’t say turkey (it would be very unlikely). She begrudgingly made the tuna sandwich and when he got home and I opened it, the bread was SOAKING wet, lettuce everywhere. Worst sandwich ever. Go to a different jimmy johns.
