I really liked this cozy restaurant. Nice atmosphere, delicious food and perfect service. I had “roasted beets, whipped feta, hazelnuts and honey” and “Vermont rabbit, Parisian gnocchi, crispy mushrooms, Parmesan” – I’m not allergic to anything so it was perfect choice for me I’ll recommend to try roasted beets, interesting combination, it was very delicious

Not sure what all the fuss is about. The food is OK, but it’s expensive. Steak was tough and radishes that came with it very bitter. The 17$ gnocchi was outrageously expensive, and was not even real gnocchi (more like wet potato chips rolled into a tater tot). Crab toast was good, but you can get it cheaper elsewhere. Wait staff was nice but not actively attentive. Host was rude. Overall maybe good (but bland) food but it’s worth about 1/3 of the price. – also they replied to my message and said I had a dog? I was well dressed in there with my parents who were also well dressed. We didn’t have a dog! Also goes to show how they don’t treat people with disabilities very kindly. Yikes.

Delicious new restaurant specializing in tapas (my favorite!) We have been looking forward to their opening since dining at Mangalitsa (same owner) last year. Santé surpassed our high expectations—everything we had was delicious and unique, from the Croatian wine to the Basque cheesecake. Friendly service, beautiful space, and creative food and wine—Santé checks all the boxes! We will be back soon!

We had three small plates that were all delicious. They included beet, feta and hazelnut, local vermont cheese with dried apricot, pepper and honey and pulled pork with potatoe gnocchi. Only suprise was that there was only one dessert offering to pick. We would have loved a dessert sampler plate and a latte for dessert. Cozy atmosphere. We would highly recommend.
