First I want to talk about the service here! The staff (especially the gentleman at the counter) was very friendly. The guy answered the few questions I had about flavors and made suggestions. A manager also checked on the people who were sitting and eating. He came out and asked if anyone needed anything and if everyone was doing OK.

Excellent and courteous employees together with delicious wings makes for a worthwhile stop. The two flavors of coating I chose (garlic parmesan and Hawaiian) were tasty and my husband also enjoyed his own choices (hickory smoke barbecue & Louisiana rub). Though I’m not a fan of spicy hot food, next time we will try something higher on their heat scale.

UPDATED: We previous gave this review for Wingstop: Thank goodness this location is there to serve their customers. The other location in Garner was awful and we had to request a refund (Cabella Drive). Glad to have them in our neighborhood! We ended up having the same PROBLEM with getting our food at this location and ultimately left without getting our food (and did not get a refund). These restaurants have a lot to learn about how to run their businesses and keep their customers happy.

I have never had Wingstop before but I go to it frequently now that it’s in the area. The chicken tenders are surprisingly just as good as the wings. Lots of flavors and everything is always fresh. Fries were weird to me at first (very unique seasoning) but I’ve grown to love them. Top notch place.

It’s the simple fact that I had literally been driving out of state and I was hungry. I walked into Wingstop well before 11:15. I patiently sat and waited only for an older gentleman to tell me that they don’t take orders after 11:15. My question is if this is true why not close at 11:15? Just because you want to get out of there at a reasonable time does not mean that you should turn away your customers. The door says you’re open until midnight yet you close at 11:30 and you stop taking orders at 11:15.
