Food is always good and bowls are loaded when you ask for extra in the app, but they never, ever remember to give you the items you ask for “on the side” in the app. Multiple orders and I have never been given a single on the side item. I’ve learned that I need to check and then ask before I leave and then they have no problem giving it to you, but I don’t know why they can’t get it right the first time.

Filthiest fast food restaurant. The person that took the order was polite. The overall experience was awful. The soda machine was broken for Fanta and it came gushing out and got my Apple Watch and clothes wet. Their were no sign of “out of order” the floors were filthy and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. The food was cold and the beef tasted really stale and was hard as a rock in some parts of the meat. This was really bad and if the food department came in your place would be shut down.

I went there for the burrito bowl and it was so good! The food is excellent! Unfortunately, the folks in front of me were there for the first time and required a LOT of time in ordering and a translator. This really held up the line. There is only 1 register to check out, so it was frustrating. That is why I lowered the service score.

My first time here, everyone says it’s just like Chipotle, but I’m glad that the food isn’t nearly as spicy as Chipotle! I ordered the mini bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, steak, mild queso, grilled veggies, Pico de gallo, and cheese. Very very good food!

Dine in, food wasn’t hot. Not enough chips (on side) with nachos order, especially when a third of them are wet out of the bag and not edible. More black bean fluid than actual black beans. Not friendly. Dirty tables. Small portions for the price (which has increased)and stale chips (ones that weren’t wet), Florence location is so much better.
