They deserve a 20 ⭐️ this will be my fourth time ordering from Papa John’s. I love that they answer their phone right away. I don’t have to wait for 45 minutes just to place an order !!!! my delivery is on time. My food is nice and hot. The boxes are sealed is a plus for me. So they deserve a good tip.

I stopped by and only one young lady was working at the location. She is amazing. Runs the place, does the whole job alone on a Sunday. Unfortunately I don’t know her name but she deserves 20⭐️ . The owner needs to hire more people or pay this one way more. Thank you dear the pizza was delicious.

Ordered 1 pizza online. Husband went to pick it up (pick up time stated online 635-645pm). When he arrived @650 it was not ready. Manager told him they were slammed and he had a brand new crew (every person was new) and he wanted to walk out. Hubby said no big deal I’ll be back in 30mins (we live close by). Checked online about 20mins later and it said the pizza was ready so my hubby waited about another 5 mins and headed back up there to pick up the pizza. Guess what…still not ready!!! Customers standing everywhere so much so you couldn’t even get in the door. Customers complaining and trying to cancel orders. One guy said he had already waited 2hrs for a delivery that never came. Hubby ended up waiting another 30-35 mins for 1 pizza (total 2hrs). Hubby got home and opened the box to a half burnt, COLD, no flavor pizza. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED! We left other pizza chains alone for foolishness and now I guess we gatta leave Papa John’s alone. Shame, as we like Papa John’s.

Ordered my food got the message it was ready, and arrived to hear they were behind. Came back after 25 minutes to learn my order was never made. I waited another 25 mins to get my order, and it was not made how I ordered it online. Pizza was loaded with cheese when I ordered light cheese and doughy in the middle when I ordered well done. Not a good experience.

I ordered the $7.99 one topping pizza and it was so nasty we threw it away! There hardly any sauce on it and just thick crust with barely any toppings I will not order papa johns ever again and this used to be my favorite. Smh quality is not what it should be! So long!
