I went through drive thru a couple of days ago and used a coupon. I noticed that the cashier took my coupon but did not apply it. I return to the restaurant a few days later to get just my coupon refunded but the managers on duty gave me the whole order again free and dropped hot fries. I will return again and the service was great and they apologized for the mix up.

Came 10 mins before they close which is posted as midnight online for all locations in town. Was told that they are closed and the machines are off. Normally lobby lights and the main road light are off when closed, to actually show they are closed. so pretty sure they just didn’t want to have to do make anything close to closing. Very disappointed

I eat at fast food restaurants once in a blue moon just because of the reputation they have. I do enjoy jalapeno peppers so I stopped by to get some at the drive through. I get home with my large fry and poppers and was very upset to find, I was given half a box of fries. A large fry should be a full box not half people. That’s it for me, last time going there.

Don’t order online and pickup. They pack all of the hot food(which should be) into a enclosed plastic bag. This only traps in the heat and sweats and ruins the food.

I ordered and drove up to the window and sat there for 10 minutes they never got my money and never gave me any food so I drove away I’ll never go there again. Marine boulevard I immediately called to complain and the manager acted like it was anyone else’s fault but there’s but there was nobody there they were not busy the regional manager can check and see and verify that they had nothing going on and still couldn’t help anybody.
