To say the customer service is poor would be an understatement! The day I went in, a big girl with a camaflogue hat and a smaller girl with long braids were there, they don’t know how to talk to custermers respectfully, they treat customers like trash, let your food sit on the counter for minutes without calling you and telling you your order is ready, and act like they are upset because you are spending your money to buy food at WNB Wings @ Hudson Bridge! This is my first and last time here! I work too hard for my money for me to spend it with people who don’t value my dollar and disrespect me…

The food here is good! The reason im leaving this review is strictly based off customer service and it was awful! They put a completely different name on order when the call in was made. Then they stated a ticket was not printed out for cooks in the back! Waited 30mins+ for 10pc Wings & Fry Combo! Just disgusted at customer service here!

Started out as a very good place to eat when they first opened. They now charge more for less and the service is poor. We ordered 6 combos and didn’t get all of our food. The Philly was a half empty bun of meat with a few onions and a little cheese. This was strike three for me. I think they have stifled the cook that came from American Deli a few doors down. He made great Philly cheese at American Deli.

First time going today and the chicken sandwich was very good as well as the fries. The food was fresh and very hot. Customer service was very good. Not from there was visiting a drs office that was in the same shopping center. So decided to give it a try. I enjoyed the food.

Staff is RUDE!! I order 2 combos and I checked Mr oder before I left I told her it was short a wing she thought it was FUNNY! She spoke with the cook and they both were laughing…so I said don’t worry about it..The white i was there a customer was upset with their service and she was voicing it…so the employee cursed at her and the started cursing and yell at each ither back and forth!! I was afraid and moved out of the way!
