Poor seafood quality. Went for unlimited shrimp. I’ll post a picture of my shrimp, they dropped it wasn’t even warm. It was supposed to be garlic shrimp scampi, let the guy know that drop our food that it was cold. He brought it back to the kitchen and warmed it up in the microwave and brought it back. So it’s like brown and still not that warm. so I asked for their second option of shrimp which is like a golden crispy. That also came out Brown, almost like they need to change the fryer oil. Steak was super good. ask to speak to a manager about the food quality, got the same guy that warmed up my shrimp. He didn’t seem to care and gave us 10% off our full bill. Which was $6. Then I seen another table talking to a manager about their food being severely under done. And I got her attention and spoke to her. She definitely made it right, she was much more professional cared about the food, and the experience we received. She’s definitely the only reason we’d return to the restaurant.

Haven’t been in a few years, after a few medium-rare steaks came out closer to well-done. Wife decided we should try again for our anniversary. Much improved! Both our steaks were cooked perfectly, and service was excellent. Back in the dining-out rotation!

Our server Chip was great. Very attentive and knew the menu. I do not like the electronic device for ordering. Loved the coconut shimp but the onion blossoms were over cooked and cold. But my server saved the visit for us he was so nice.

Three of us had dinner there last night. The food was very good. Our server was great to us. That was the first time I had seen the little electronic devices for paying on an Outback table. We just went ahead and paid in cash to the server. Our server never got back to with a receipt so we left after washing our hands. He may have been busy with other customers.

The service was bad, but great compared to the food. My husband and I both had dishes with lobster, it was clearly spoiled. Tasted bad and both of us were sick all night after eating a very small amount of it. No one asked us how our food was or why we didn’t eat it, just handed over the $100 check. I will never be eating there again.

Terrible service. We were greated by the hostess as we arrived, however she had a condescending attitude. She gave us a mean look when we asked her if we could put two tables together for our large group. Waitress was ok, we had to ask her several times for water refills. Steaks were undercooked, we couldn’t tell the waitress about it because she was nowhere to be found. Overall it was a bad birthday experience.
