i’ve only ever been to boston market once and there’s a reason for it. this was my second and last time. i should have turned around once i saw the spread but because there’s really no other options around here for a quick lunch i decided to give it a try. i ordered the nashville hot chicken sandwhich, which was absolutely terrible. the chicken was extremely dry and old, and it was 7.99!! (despite the price being 5.99 on there website) i should have stopped there but i got a drink and a side of mac that added 5 dollars more to the total. the mac and cheese is actually sad, it tastes like water. wish i could go back in time 20 minutes and not waste my money on this horrible food. Also there was no ac in the place, and i’m seeing reviews from over a year ago saying there was no ac. very sad for the employees, Boston Market is a big enough corporation to ATLEAST make their customers comfortable while serving their disgusting food. only positive: the lady who served me was very nice.

Waited patiently while customer ahead of me ordered side sampler and had ongoing conversation with server. Another customer came in after me and another server then took his order, with me standing there. What’s up with this? So I left for the diner. Much nicer experience. Only 1 star since it was easy to park the car.

I haven’t been to this place in over a year or more. To my surprise the food was terrible. I literally had to take my plate back to the counter & ask for a hot piece of chicken. The only thing good there was my bottle of Coke. I was very disappointed. I could’ve given that $25 to someone in need.

The food is not bad but I feel like the chicken can be cooked a bit longer. I prefer a crispier skin on my chicken and the mac n cheese should be thicker not so watered down but to each it’s own. The service is not bad pretty quick on servicing everyone and the staff is friendly. The reason i gave it 3 stars is bcuz the chicken needs to be cooked a little longer imo plus the last time i went on 06/09/21 they had no air conditioning on and i had to eat the food in my car.
