I food was fresh, hot, and tasted very well, but inside the restaurant, the floors needed to be swiped and the tables cleaned. It looked as if the lunch crowd have just ended, but it was Sunday at 1400 hrs, that’s 2:00 pm for you civilian folks.

Entered to hear the Manager squabbling with a door dash driver over an order. We had to wait for my wife’s order while mine got cold. They really need to work on their customer service. They also need to work on cleanliness. I had to search for a clean table in an empty dining room. Even less than hot, the food was good… Take care of the people who pay your salary, the customer!

Sadly. I ordered from here. Only to find out my order was incorrect. Having a month passed. O attempted to order again. I used doordash and received my order on time. However, the order was wrong in multiple accounts. The wrong drink. The chicken was mild. When I ordered spicy. I received cold fries instead of the large coleslaw and the overall meal was cold. Twice in 30 days is discouraging.

Honestly this location to me is disgusting. I ordered Uber eats and when it arrived I immediately thought this looks like it came from the south location. Looked at my receipt and it was. Everything about this one compared to north Popeyes just screams low budget, food is always good poorly. It’s taste as if someone did there best into imitate how it’s actually made. My whole meal was gross but didn’t complain bcuz it was basically free but i really wish I paid attention which place I ordered from.

Literally anytime I’ve been there’s always *at least* a 20 minute wait for chicken (and I’ve gone MONTHS apart so you’d think the issue would be resolved). Then they want everyone to just pull forward like this drive thru isn’t set up like an absolute train wreck waiting to happen. Where we all going? Then when you do get your order, better make sure you check it for all your items/accuracy.

The food is good , but I must say that I went into the girls bathroom and that toilet was filled up with toilet paper and poo. It literally looks like it had been there for a few days marinating , I was very disgusted . Paying customers should at least be able to use a clean bathroom . This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this restaurant and the bathroom and the inside of the toilet were disgusting .
