I smelled the burned pizza as soon as they handed it to us. But I was hungry so I ate some because when I called, the phone rang and rang and rang and nobody answered. Currently, have a HORRIBLE stomach ache. The messed up part? It was my Pizza Hut reward pizza. LoL

I had another PizzaHut app order completely fail on me and it took the entire balance from a gift card I used but no order. I called the store after no help from the “help line” and they helped me out with no hesitation. No one is perfect but the store on Seneca heard me and helped me. I’m WAY grateful!!

Today 07/24/23, my husband went to get pizza that I have started craving (I’m pregnant). Not only did they give us the wrong pizza, but when we called to let them know they refused to answer the phone. So, my husband had to make another trip to the store. Because there wasn’t enough staff, I received the missing pizza but it was thinner than it should have been. So all in all, understaffing a restaurant will not get great out comes. Employees shouldn’t have to rush, so the customers are served.

Ordered a pizza and it looked like the driver dropped it or took a sharp turn and smushed it all to one side. Called them and all the manager said was that it would be 30 minutes to get a new one and demanded the old one back. She didn’t seem to care. Never using this place again. A picture is attached for anybody that wants to know what kind of service this place offers.

I entered the establishment and was instantly greeted by an employee. She told me the specials and was in a good mood and friendly. I placed my carry out order and she made sure to get me the best deal. The food was ready quickly and it tasted delicious.

I went and got one of the big dinner boxes on Thursday night about 930 the two guys that were there were rude. I ate my food. I went to sleep. I woke up puking my guts out I had to miss Friday of work. I went to the hospital got food poisoning. I’m wondering if they just handed me older uncooked stuff or since they had so much of an attitude they did something to my food who knows nowadays but I learned I’m never eating at this location again that’s why I like Papa Johns it’s funny also because I used to work there at that location years ago and it was okay then but now it sucks.

Prepare for nasty food and even nastier service at the S Seneca location. They will screw up your order then blame you for their incompetence. I’ve even had a credit card of mine used to order a new phone at the phone store next door over the years. Do yourself a favor and either order Papa John’s or Papa Murphys further on down Seneca. The Pawnee and Hydraulic location is probably your best option if you just insist on Pizza Hut, otherwise forget about it. I’ll order a thousand times from Papa John’s or Murphy’s before I set foot in this dumpster fire of a restaurant.

First round one pizza was wrong. Went back to the store and they made it right but something seems off with the pizzas this time. No seasonings on the crust and cooked but probably could have used a little more.
