Clearly favored by the locals and those in the know, this restaurant has a great selection of any pizza that you might wish for — and more. It was not terribly busy when we went here, so the atmosphere was quite relaxed, with the staff focused also in other projects. Nothing wrong with that.

First time visiting – disappointing on many levels. Food was under cooked, gnocchi hard, sauce was cold on edges, boiling in the middle, fish and chips was a little better but not much, flavorless. Younger staff member was kind, sweet but all others looked like they couldn’t care less of we were there or not. Was kid friendly it seemed…. For the quality, cost was high, for the price there are many other, and better options down the street. Kind of bummed, will not return

Wow! Where do I start with this disaster of a place. Bad customer service if you’re not part of the Jewish community, pizza was overcooked, the person at the counter didn’t know what food they had available and half the items we tried to order from the menu were not available. That’s just the start of the disaster there. The tables weren’t clean at all. The cook staff were confused about the orders that were placed. Multiple times they had to return the food back to the kitchen to figure out which table it belonged to. Unless you’re part of that community, stay away from this place. They treat you like you’re just a nuisance and look at you like why are you here at our place, you’re not one of us.

I have had to change my review. The tables are wobbly. They bring the pizza on an elevated stand and when the table wobbles it causes the pizza to start sliding off. The last time we visited with people who drove all the way from Scottsdale, half of the basic $30 cheese pizza fell on the floor since it became unbalanced and the wobbly table knocked it off. Typically restaurants want the customer leaving happy. Not here. They don’t care that the wobbly table threw an overpriced pizza on the ground. “It’s your fault” they said. After contacting me owner privately, he responded, “I hear”. If that’s your response to a customer complaint, then you shouldn’t be in the service industry. That’s not how you earn and keep 5 stars.

We always love eating at LaBella when we’re in the area. The pizza is outstanding, with a great array of topping choices, and a whole wheat crust option too! If pizza’s not what you want at the moment, they’ve got excellent fish and pasta dishes as well. Staff is friendly and professional. My only criticism are the ceiling fans. While they might keep you cool, they can unfortunately cool the pizza down prematurely if you sit directly under one of them.

I want to tell you about the ‘fantastic’ service at La Bella pizzeria. We invited guests from New York for pizza and arrived at 8:20 PM. They told us the kitchen closes at 8:30 PM, but we could still place an order and sit at a table. We sat down and placed our order. They quickly brought us our food. Right at 9 o’clock, five people rushed in, practically snatched the plates from our mouths, and almost threw us out of the pizzeria. They took our credit card and returned it without a receipt. Thanks, but no thanks! They didn’t even bother to apologize. The service was terrible!!!
