Seemed like this place was being ran by elementary kids. I had placed an order through the app 10 minutes before arriving. When I got there I could tell they were busy due to the drive through line. When I walked in I could see roughly 6 people ahead of me and 4 people standing waiting on their food. I waited another 10 minutes before a worker came and said she had no idea how long it was going to take to get food out. I then asked if they could just cancel my order because I had some place to be and already had been waiting 20 minutes. I then saw a “manager” walking around with a clip board. She was helping in no way and told me “they never taught her that”. Well how about you figure it out. Please if you’re going to go to Taco Bell go to a different location.

I’m not one to review fast food places usually but after reading some of these reviews, I felt like I should throw this location some love. I’ve never had any issues with speed or accuracy here. In fact, I frequently visit late at night when the drunks with complicated orders are out and the line always zips right along.

Fryers were down. Only things that could be ordered was Burritos or Tacos. I have encountered trouble the previous three times I have been to this location. Always out of lettuce, tomatoes or something else like sauce packs. I normally only order chicken chalupas and burrito supremes. I do recall when they were out of beef. This location needs someone that knows how to order supplies! Pretty sad way to run a restaurant.

Normally good. This particular night. There were no drinks at all and nothing that used a 10 inch wrap. I was very disappointed to have part of my order missing as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our food that we ordered was not only wrong but missing items as well. Called the store talked to “alyssa” and they would make it right. Now at our own fault, I guess, is we should’ve checked the food but we got home again and the food was still wrong. This place is a joke

I would say this is a good place to get something quick but McDonald’s is faster than this place even when short staffed. Employees are friendly enough but they’re more worried about socializing actually getting the food out.

Uh… yeah… I just stopped to pee. It was gross. And the bathroom door would not lock because the door would not close all the way… because it was pretty much off the hinge and uncloseable. I peed anyway… anticipating a visitor at anytime could walk in on me and uh… my stream. Thankfully, my anticipation was anticlimactic. I was able to urinate without an audience. But yeah, it was still gross.

So I have reviewed before but I am updating mine, don’t get food here. I got food poisoning from this one. Also multiple times through the week they WILL be out of things, like beef and chicken. Last I checked you can’t really make tacos without meat.
