The baristas are very friendly, and awesome at helping recommending something new. My drinks are always great!

The barista wasn’t very personable and they drowned my macchiato in caramel. The positive: that’s great for those of you who love extra sweetness and I do love the convenience of it being inside Target.

The barista had a bit of an attitude and was slamming stuff around. I got my drink, and it tasted like nothing. Thankfully, the other barista made me another drink that tasted fine.

The staff is rude and pretty much ignores your existence. Half of them have no idea what they’re doing.

Mostly clean. My issue is the prices. I compared the cost of my order at the free standing Starbucks across the street to my Target bill and the difference for the same product Subtotal is $1.60 before the 5% discount. My Target receipt just says SBUX TALL so I can’t see specifically what I’m being charged for and I’m not able to view my transaction in the Target app. I’ll add an update if there is any.

Just experienced the worst Starbucks service i have ever received. Waited 15-20 min for my coffee, the 3 people who ordered behind me got their coffees before i did. Not to mention the entire time i was waiting on my coffee a lady was waiting to order. She had a toddler who was great the first 10 min but then you could tell she was struggling to keep him occupied. As a mom myself it would have been so much better if they would have at least taken her order so she could move forward and try to occupy him not standing in line. The guy working behind the counter needs to focus on learning their products better as most of the time was wasted because he wouldn’t stop talking to the girl trying to make the drinks about something he had messed up instead of just moving on!

I felt the tall male barista was being cold towards me and my daughter. He’d have fun and be cheerful with men who were good looking and had kids. He just ignored me and my 1 year old daughter even though we BOTH said Thankyou. He pretended we weren’t there and acted annoyed and pretentious. Luckily my daughter isn’t old enough to have her feelings hurt or this probably would have upset her. The other women who were working were nice who took our order, they were smiling. Just makes me almost not want to go back and I’m a loyal customer to both target and Starbucks and visit this particular Starbucks often.

I love visiting this Starbucks. For one, it’s inside Target. Secondly, the staff is always so friendly. Even when they have a line, they make an attempt to have a conversation with customers. Definitely the friendliest Starbucks in town!

We drove through this Starbucks at the tail end of our 12 hour, through the night drive to Chicago. The lady at the drive through was sweet and genuine. One of our drinks tasted watered down, so I walked in to have it remade. The girl at the register was kind and apologetic about my drink. It was really no big deal to me, but she made it out to be like it was to her! Very impressed with her kindness about remaking it. I worked for Starbucks for eight years and as an ASM. It’s important to me that baristas are being who the core of Starbucks is about. I don’t offen see the Starbucks way still alive and well in the stores, but it was here! Keep up the good work, guys!
