Took my wife there today for mother’s Day dinner. She had a wonderful meal. We all enjoyed our dinner, our server Sharlee did an awesome job My wife was presented with flowers upon arrival and departure which made it a nice touch. We will definitely recommend this place for a casual or a romantic setting

Love the view from where we were seating . Servers were all friendly and our particular server was attentive. We dont have to call him for any refills , he just knows when we needed him. Their fried artichoke was lightly battered which was really good. The steelhead dish was also amazingly good. My husband ordered the beef tritip burger , it was juicy and tender good too

We had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer and probably should have stayed with just that. It was delicious and a huge amount. The sprouts were cooked to perfection and with the bacon, feta and sauce made it very memorable.

Location is fantastic. Great place to catch the sunset. This restaurant has a nice ambiance. Food was decisions with the exception of too much green and kalamata olives on my cauliflower stake which made it super salty. Of course for those who like lots of salt this should not be an issue. The meal was very tasty. Veggies were cooked nicely and flavorfully. Clam chowder soup was one of the best I’ve ever had. The dinner rolls were so fresh that I couldn’t help it I kept dipping them into my soup. Yummmmy…!!! Drinks were good and service was great. Our server was very nice and accommodating. Price was reasonable. We paid about $60 for a large soup, two entree, and two drinks. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again. My hat off to the chief.

Food was inedible. Vegetable Risotto seemed to have salt pour on top of an already oversalted dish. Ends of asparagus that were not edible were in it along with the outer leaves of artichoke that are way to fibery to be eaten. Entire dish was not fresh and was inedible.

The only thing that really stuck out was that that waiting area has a set of couches that feels big grit sand paper because of the leather cracking and they made you sink. Crazy that the heights isn’t losing money and items like this goes unnoticed. I wonder what else goes unnoticed…

We love good steaks! The ribeye is very good here. The atmosphere is probably the best in Humboldt County. The service is good and the people are friendly. This is a good husband wife getaway for a fine dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant. I like to get everything from appetizers to the deserts. This is a place were you can really enjoy the food, view and each other.

Have enjoyed dinners here many times in the past. Last night, I ordered a regular size dinner salad with added shrimp. The majority of lettuce was arugula, bitter & unruly to eat. Came dressed with oil & vinegar; wasn’t asked if I’d prefer blue cheese dressing, which I would have chosen. Basically took it home, make shrimp sandwich today & throw out lettuce. When inquired about dessert, there was only one choice. Didn’t take it. Disappointed at best.
