Absolutely horrible service, came in on a Tuesday night and it was not busy at all. Sat for like 40 minutes and never once had a server even walk over. I know buffalo wild wings is not known for their great service but this was bad. I am very disappointed because I haven’t been to Buffalo wild Wings in a while and I use to really like their wings. Would not recommend anyone come here and will definitely not come back

Completely dead inside, there was 3 tables occupied in the dining area including our table, waited 20 minutes for the server to come back after he gave us our menus, he never showed up. We just got up and left. Poor customer service.

Good place, our server kelsey was great. However only complaint is it was like the 7 circles of hell inside. It was so hot we asked to be seated outside. So please fix that issue if you can. Other than that, not a bad spot.

I’m losing count of how many times I’ve been here and there’s no staff in the bar area around for several minutes to take my order. Not sure if they have a skeleton crew doing double duty, but Stadium Brew Co across the way has plenty of attentive staff.

I got some great service from the manager at this BWW location. After completing my meal I forgot an item of great value on the table. I didn’t realize it until hours later. When I called the worker answering the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and told me the manager had it locked in his office. When I got there the manager was super friendly and helpful. It was a quick painless process and I couldn’t have been happier. As for dining experience I have no complaints. The food was good, didn’t take long to get out and had no issues what-so-ever with our waitress. I would come here again if for no other reason than because of how helpful the manager was with my lost property.

Went out with friends for dinner and the waiter was very inattentive. He brought everyone’s food but mine and when I asked how much longer my meal would take he acted like a deer in the headlights. When I asked for my meal to be compensated he gave me a two dollar discount. First and last experience at this place. No wonder it was empty on a Friday night.
