Awesome Bojangles, so glad we finally have one in the area. This one is clean, nice staff and easy to get in and out of. Food was great, though as with any fried chicken joint, timing is key. If this is your first Bojangles trip, go during a busy time, yes there may be a bit of a line/crowd, but you will get hot fresh chicken and fries. The manager mentioned this was former military owned and they provide a military first responders discount.

Best chicken tenders biscuits fries service you name it. The team working there are super sweet. They greeted us warmly when I told them we are celebrating my daughter’s birthday they gave us extra tenders, biscuits and a sweet for the birthday girls. The cleanliness is beautiful. It always gets my thumbs up but this time in particular they earned a massive THANK YOU for making my girl feel so special.

The drive thru is usually good, though one night there was a lady who had an attitude. I didn’t hear what she said at first so I went ahead and tried to order, she snapped at me and said “I told you to wait!”. Which is fine, but I just didn’t hear her the first time.

Holy Moly!! I was at potomac run plaza getting some needed stuff when the smell of the fried chicken hit me. Then I realized omg it’s coming from Bojangles and I thought ok- I’ll get a piece of chicken from there. I didn’t know they had a chicken sandwich. So I ordered two chicken wings and a sandwich. The guy that took my order (young African American gentleman) was so professional, he asked if mayo and pickles are ok on the sandwich. He didn’t know I never tried it, but I thought that was amazing for him to ask. No one ever asks! My little sis hates mayo and that would have saved her! But I love it. Anyways the sandwich was soooo unbelievably good, hot, fresh, tasty. Puts to shame all other fast food joints, including POPEYES!!! Thank you Bojangles, I will be back soon!!

I finally stopped in at Bojangles located in the Potomac Run shopping center in Sterling VA. As I arrived I noticed there were a few cars in the drive through because dining in was closed – I guess they’re using a strict COVID-19 regulation. So, I was greeted by avery friendly staff person who took my order and made sure she heard it right, so she double checked with me. That was truly groggy because I had ordered a coke, assuming by default is served here, but it isn’t. I got the Cherry Wine drink instead. Next, I reviewed the menu because it was my first time and ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich platter. I told the staff person it was my first time, so she insisted I take my time, which was a welcomed response. The entire experience was great because of how friendly my interaction with this business. However, the food wasn’t extraordinary – the Mac and Cheese was salty, not too my taste and the chicken had a lot of mayonnaise. Now, I can’t blame Bojangles for this because this may be how it’s done here. I’m sure I could of altered my meal easily, so that’s my fault. Overall, this is a fix fast-food location, which week cater to a lot of taste buds in the area.

I’ve been to many Bojangles between SC, NC, MD, and VA. This one is the most efficient and actually gets the orders right. I wish I knew the gentleman’s name today at 1PM taking orders threw the drive through. He was enthusiastic and provided excellent customer service for the limited interaction. Managers please see who this was and pass the kudos along.

This is my first time here. The Bo’ Chicken sandwich is spicy. And it doesn’t say it’s a spicy sandwich on the menu. It’s literally called a “Bo Chicken Sandwich”. So when I bit into the sandwich, I was highly upset that it was spicy. Furthermore, there is no crispy chicken sandwich that is not spicy. The only non spicy sandwich option is a grilled chicken sandwich.
