I did an online order on Doordash for a in store pick up but when I got there the lobby was closed so I called them because it was my first time doing a pick up but no one pick up so I went up to the drive through window and I told them that I did an online order, so their response was if I was in line which I was but they gave me an attitude even though I didn’t know where to pick up my food when the lobby was closed. Worst service ever I don’t recommend getting food from them.

So I ordered a 3 piece combo with a drink… drove up to the window after they served someone on foot at the window then I noticed the CASHIER handling the lid for my drink with her BARE hands… long nailed fingers all over the INSIDE of the lid for my drink.. all up on it… then she proceeds to fill the cup and put the same lid on. Disgusting!! No wonder people out here catching all kinda germs. Thank God the person who handled my chicken was wearing gloves. Mind you someone in there blatantly had his mask pulled down below his CHIN. Not even nose, but CHIN. Won’t be ordering from there again. (I threw my drink in the garbage). They clearly don’t care basic food handling hygiene.

Kentucky Fried Chicken it’s just that Kentucky Fried Chicken service has a great deal to do with a person returning to the store to purchase more let’s admit it k f c has been around and it’s cousins to Mickey D’s they’ve been around for a long time so for person to come to buy food new items is what keeps k f c afloat so with that being said customer service has to be up to par and this KFC the customer service is about a 4 it depends on what time you arrive I have been there in a customer service was at 2 but that doesn’t take away from the restaurant food if the restaurant wants good customer service they must pay their employees a better wage and the attitudes I think will be a much better
