They get mad when a customer is right and they don’t like to give customers an exchange, or free things when they mess up on their food. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen or experienced. The food I got is rubbery it’s cold and it was charged double time to my card when it was supposed to be in exchange for what spoiled in the store and they still sold it. They refuse customers the condiments for the salads and get an attitude for the customer being right.

Wouldn’t recommend. Especially for young people.. As one myself, I have been disrespected by the staff multiple times. Went there today and 30 seconds after entering I was told “Unless you are buying something you are out of the store” by some old cranky worker, and I hadn’t even said anything. Not the first time. I am getting to the point where I am considering not returning. I have submitted a form about it already.

Always very friendly and helpful, no matter if its this location or Jefferson or Winona Missouri. The specialty pizzas rock and they are huge. The rewards program and specials are awesome as well. I normally wouldn’t be too concerned with leaving a review for a gas station, but I come in here on a relatively regular basis, and the owner is almost always in there just the same. Her energy and customer service keeps me coming back, and she makes sure to add a personal touch to every visit. facilities are always clean, and the shelves are always stocked. Glad to have this location in town, I don’t know what I would do without it!

There’s no real reason to shop at this location when there is a gas station that is better in every way down the road less than a block. The prices here are more expensive than competition, the staff are usually rude/younger, and they don’t honor the 25 cents off gas deal through their rewards program. Highly recommend the Bp half a block north if you need anything
