Ordered subs for our church to serve the staff of a local school. Excellent service at Firehouse subs! The manager, Mr Barry, was helpful, courteous, and patient with me as I placed the order. I was a little early for pick up and my order was complete and he helped me load my vehicle too. Thankful for the lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments placed in separate containers as well as napkins too. Food was DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Mr Barry and the Firehouse subs team!!

Covid nonsense still a thing here. Employees complaining out loud about other employees not coming to work. Eerie atmosphere with dead silence aside from the employee complaints. Food was supposed to ready by 1 pm, they started my order at 1:05. 25 minutes late. 1 pm lunch, Nov 2022. Dining room and restroom filthy. No toilet paper or paper towels in male restroom. 1 of two napkin dispensers in dining area out.

This place is disgusting. The floor was sticky with dirt, the bathroom was worse than a nasty gas station bathroom. The drink dispenser hasn’t been cleaned in probably months. There were boxes scattered everywhere in the dining area. There were three employees who were nice enough, but worked at a a snails pace just chatting with each other and playing on their phones in between making sandwiches. It took them 20 minutes to make our two subs. When I finally got my order, both sub boxes were filthy. The sandwiches were basically thrown in the box. At that point my appetite was gone. This location needs some new management asap. Yuck.

I’ve been going to firehouse subs since it first opened in Jacksonville, Florida. Worst management I’ve encountered. Very rude and handled a problem unprofessionally. Will never go back to this location. If the management sees this, I suggest remaking your sign for the kids deal on Sunday. It does not state medium or large combos as you stated. If you mentioned that before I ordered I would have bought a medium and still saved money.

Not sure why this place has it opens at 09:30. Was here at 10:15. I was only customer in here. I was welcomed with an attitude. Wouldn’t suggest stopping here. 2 employees slamming stuff down. Took 30 mintues to get 1 sub. Floor was filthy. I should have just got my money back
