This location’s food has significantly improved recently. But, the burger patties still taste very obviously frozen. When I’m paying upwards of $60 to feed four people (including small treats), I don’t want to taste the freezer in every bite. I’ve had worse frozen patties, but not by much. The saving grace for this location is their excellent staff.

I went through the drive thru, got me and my son an ice cream cone. They put a cone in my cone and then ice cream in top. The problem is there was paper around the inner cone in my ice cream. My son could have choked. Then when I go to call the manager, the phone just is beeping, like they left the ringer on. Will not be back. Paper in my ice cream?

How hard is it to understand, that when a customer asks for lettuce tomato and mayonnaise ONLY on a cheese burger to not put ketchup on it?! It’s very simple yet I get back to work with ketchup all over it. First time I’ve ever been here and probably my last since the workers can’t listen.

I asked for a hamburger with everything on it except no tomatoes and got a plain hamburger not even ketchup on it. Then got two chili dogs and one of the hot dogs someone took a bite out of I t. Are you kidding me. Yes I should have taken pictures I gave the hamburger to my dog.

We are regular customers at this Dairy queen and have grown accustomed to traffic and horrible way this parking lot is setup which does keep you from pulling out if the drive thru is full. The one thing I can’t tolerate is a snotty attitude. This is the second time I’ve noticed this very attitude from a new manager. Both times, she looked very annoyed and the glares she gives off are very unwelcoming. I also didn’t care for the way she treated an employee that was very helpful and diligent his job. There was another employee that was on break that cut in front of my 11 year old who was about to fill his drink cup. The entitled attitude of this one employee and manager needs to be addressed as I will not enter if I see said manager there. I have no time for entitled attitudes.
