Staff at this store very friendly. Most recent on Tuesday, 9/20/22, was particularly busy and Jill, was working with only a trainee and still kept up with getting order out at an unusually busy time due to weather. Other staff members had not yet arrived. Kudos for Jill!!

Tried to order online but it wasn’t working. Came in to the store and asked if I could order in store and use coupon they said no. I wish I could have if I did I would have ordered a lot more. But staff was really good and nice. Just the fact I couldn’t use the coupon code was very disappointing. Maybe in the future they might allow it.

This place is so Amazing when Jill is working she always goes above and Beyond for her customers , but unfortunately today I tried ordering a pizza special that’s is advertised but Fatima she said she can’t honor it. I could hear her and the other worker making comments and laughing. Fatima told me I’d have to go and do an online order that she wouldn’t honor the advertised special. I was in shock!!!!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There must have been a miscommunication when I ordered because the pizza that they handed me wasn’t what I thought I ordered. The nice woman working took it back and quickly made me the pizza that I originally wanted even though she really didn’t need to. A+ customer service.

We had a coupon to which the owner wouldn’t honor and it said valid at all locations. The pizza at Papa Murphy’s really isn’t that great and service isn’t either so we won’t be back. If your looking for pizza go to Dions or Pizza 9.
