Saturday is Burnt Ends as a special and it was so good. We were able to make four sandwiches at home and this is very cost-effective. Black Market BBQ employees are very friendly and helpful. The food truck was spotless and the parking was easy. I can’t wait to go back and explore the menu.

I’ve been meaning to check out Black Market BBQ for a few weeks now. Everytime I drove by it was closed. Located in the Thinking Spirts parking lot, Black Market BBQ is one of three food trucks. The day I went, it was real rainy, so I took my food to go. They have a nice seating area, but not much cover. I ordered the One Meat plate, which includes two sides. The brisket is a $4 upcharge, which seems a little steep but thats what I wanted, so I got it. For my sides, I ordered the pinto beans and potato salad. Unfortunately when I got back to work, and sat down to eat the food, I noticed they gave me coleslaw instead of potato salad, which was disappointing.

I had the pulled pork sandwich today from their cart at the Riverfront Festival. It was excellent! Great texture and flavor between the meat and coleslaw, and just enough of a spicy little kick to keep your mouth watering for the next bite. Very clean, and organized looking cart. Can’t wait to try more of their food 🙂
