NEVER ordering anything from this Casey’s again! I walked in last night, made some purchases and also made an order for a dozen chocolate cake donuts and was prepared to pay for them right then and there. Was told by the lady working the register that I didn’t have to pay for them until I or my husband came to pick them up in the morning. Was also told they’d be ready at 3:30am (I’m not going up there that early in the cold just to pick up donuts and neither will my husband, WE DON’T HAVE A VEHICLE). So, this morning when I sent him up there to pick them up, he got told they didn’t have any even though I made a specific order for them to make! So instead of getting what I ordered AND even saw the lady make a note on my order, which I was expecting to recieve just like any customer who makes an order would (which by the way, I’m not eating because of this). Casey’s just lost a customer because my business apparently has no value there!

I tried to do this using your website but it kept freezing and wouldn’t send. So much for having a low key way to voice complaints. Do better Casey’s. I used to go to the midtown Casey’s multiple times a week. It was excessive. I bought my cigarettes and my dad’s cigarettes there. Bought endless pops. Filled up the tanks with gas. Bought snacks etc etc etc. but the staff is just not friendly anymore. On a couple of occasions I’ve given it another try but the staff is just plain rude. I was going to leave a Google review after yesterday and the only thing that stopped me was the fact that I hate technology and keyboard warriors. Yesterday I went in to use the rest room, and get a pop and a snack. But the restroom was out of order (again! It’s been out of order for months, I know this because the last time I attempted to give Casey’s another try was the last time I had a plumber here, two months ago) I told the cashier it was an emergency and she laughed and told me to go to Hyvee gas. So I did. As I will in the future. That was Casey’s last shot for me. I don’t want a coupon. I don’t want a gift card. I’m done. I not only won’t be back to the most convenient one. I won’t be back to any Casey’s. Nor will my close nit family. See, we don’t do the keyboard thing, we old school boycott. Years ago I worked for Casey’s and the attitude I’ve gotten the last few times NEVER would’ve flown then. And this is why. Good day.

I visited the store today and besides the great prices great service it also has the wonderful employees ! One employee in particular named Lisa! she helped me in a very scary situation where my dog got out of the car and was loose! We did not realize that the dog had got out of the car and was at the store so I called the store and Lisa answered the phone and after I explained the situation she’s so kindly went outside yelled for my dog and got our dog back to us and we got it home safely if it wasn’t for her we don’t know if we would have still had our dog today so big shout out to employ Lisa for going above and beyond to make sure that her customers stayed happy and safe! We will definitely be visiting the store again soon! Big shout out to Lisa for being so kind to us and our family!! Besides this she was very professional friendly inviting knowledgeable and fit perfectly as a Casey’s employee and I wish her nothing but the best! Thank you Lisa for all that you do God bless you!

The manager of this Casey’s is a flat out B!tch! She is extreamly rude as I have witnessed one more than one occasion and threatened to call the police on somone for using the air hose.. that’s for public use. I no longer go there. I have literally walked 2 miles past elms street Casey’s to get a gallon of fuel from 7th heaven.. that’s how much I would reccomend doing business there.
