Great Service. Called for Crabs for a party. The person was very helpful with amounts of Crabs. At pick up they were helpful with questions with keeping Crabs fresh and warmup techniques. Very Pleased and would recommend. Will definitely go back again. Thank you Chesapeake Crab Company in Oxford.

My mom got Large crabs today here at the Oxford facility, they were the Worst ever! They were not hot, couldn’t even smell the seasoning/Old Bay in the car! Parking lot completely empty 2:30pm pick up. My mom had to hit them with the mallet several times, couldn’t get them apart, and were like dried up or left overs from day before or someone who didn’t pick their order up? The lady with blonde hair was nice but after you spend $95.00 with high expectations, very dishonest, disappointing, and last time going there. If a rule has changed that person working has to use up hours old seafood, customer should definitely be told or asked if ok, or at least offer money off! Save your time, money, aggravation, DON’T BUY HERE! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! This place WILL SHUT DOWN IF SERVICE OF FOOD DOES NOT CHANGE.

Very disappointed. We ordered a dozen crabs for the Super Bowl and couldn’t believe that they sold us lightweight crabs, which I swore were x-small. We ordered medium crabs because our crab place ran out, and you can’t always trust someone’s judgment of large, x-large, or jumbo for over a hundred and something dollars over the phone.

Expensive for sure, BUT crabs are always good no matter the time of year. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is sometimes when ordering xl large or jumbo they slip in some smaller crabs.

Best Maryland Blue Crabs and seafood! Heavy crabs filled with loads of jumbo, lump and claw meat spiced and steamed for my exact pick-up time. Talk about a first-rate operation!

We called and complained about a few supras that looked a little small. After I complained I thought to measure them myself. And OMG, come to find out the others were SO BIG it made the seven inch crabs look small. The owner was very cordial when I called back to apologize and did everything he could to not make me feel as bad as I did. Thanks again.

Selection was extremely limited. They are hardly ever open and the seafood isn’t fresh. Prices are extremely high But the kid that works there is nice.

We ordered medium dozen Maryland crabs through them and happened on two separate occasions, we got duped had two juicy Maryland crabs the rest paper shell. I know how kitchens work and they do that on purpose. If your gonna do that lower the price from $70 to $20 a dozen for mediums or add more crabs. Not good customer service.
