Give this store a ZERROOOOO star. We got non cooked garlic knots, attached picture. We picked up the pizza and knots from this store and when we opened at home we saw it uncooked. The store is little far from home and when we called stores he asked to bring pizza which we already ate. Now we can’t return the pizza and he is not ready to refund for knots and infact he shut the phone down when we were on call. Horrible service !!

I am usually not a fan of franchise pizza places, but was in a bind and Dominos came in clutch. Ordered online for pickup and had smooth interactions. They were prompt with the food and didn’t forget the sauce. Pizza was good through and was not burnt. Had great taste and the lava cakes were delicious. When looking for a quick bite, the $6.99 deal is a good option here!

Customer service is horrible. You have the manager walking around on his cell phone and not assisting *short light skin w/ glasse. 20 minutes turned into 54 minutes. When I asked what I’m waiting for, I was told my brownie cookie, which the XL pizza and garlic knots were already complete. I asked how long he told me he couldn’t tell me, so I asked for a refund for the brownie cookie. The manager told me that because they had put it in the oven already, I couldn’t get a refund. The manager and staff acted as if it was my fault. When I went to the store there was only one ticket up. I sat in my car watching the delivery drivers go back and forth. One even said, “You’re still here.” Now I know I looked crazy because I had been doing housework, but nonetheless, I’m spending money with no issue, so fix your problem. The manager needs training so he can train those kids coming to work. I’m very professional and well spoken, so there is no issue there. They are the worst Domino’s location I have ever dealt with. They guy answering the phone can’t articulate his words and you can’t even guess what he says. On top of that he can’t help to answer a single question on why your order hasn’t move to the oven after 45 min. Then after driving to the store and you tell them you entered the order an hour ago, they can’t read their own screen to realize they don’t have your order and unless you bother them they wouldn’t have time nor care to look into.

John the general Manger did not handle our order correctly we was told to speak to him about our order cause our pizza was old and he was very dismissive…it came down to the problem. We never got results. Aa a store gm that was not professional at all. He should go back in train for good customer service.

This is by far the best Domino’s. My son only loves their pizza he refuses to eat the Domino’s on park road or the other pizza spots in the same area. The staff is always friendly, every time I place my order for pick up it’s ready when I get there. I don’t like pizza much but the pasta bowl, pasta bread bowl is always good they don’t skimp on the ingredients like other locations.

Placed an order and after an hour it never left the prep stage. I called the store but the operator phone key automatically disconnected me from talking to an actual person. I came to the store for a refund, John was rude and also said they don’t update orders. So if that’s the case then why is dominos always advertising the order tracker?
