Pizza was doughy bread sticks were flat and rock hard looked like they were 2 hours old at least, and the wings were mainly breading soaked in sauce. soggy bites of hot sauce. Got the 25 dollar box that ended up being 35 dollars plus tax not sure how that worked but it’s extremely over priced pizza and it tasted like little ceasers. never again

I had this pizza delivered. Wing box is crushed. I had to drive it back to the store. They did offer to remake my order but wanted to inconvenience me even further by making me wait instead of redelivering it like I asked the first time. She said she will just refund me instead. So I’m out the order, wasted gas and my time for a refund and no food. Great job pizza hut you guys are awesome.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from. We stayed at an airport hotel and ordered stuffed crust pizza, wings, and drinks. It was $53. At 7:42pm I received a text saying my order was out for delivery. We were 8 min from the store. At 8:25pm I called to ask where they were. I was told the driver had to go back to the store to pick up more pizzas. The driver arrived at 8:30. Both the pizza and wings were completely cold and the cheese on the pizza was not even melted. Cold stuffed crust defeats the purpose. Ridiculous

All items in dinner box were over cooked. Pizza was poorly put together as well as slightly over cooked. Breadstick and cinnamon sticks were hard and hard to separate .

Ordered the big box tonight. We upgraded to cheesticks. Everything was burnt. The cheese was burnt so bad; it was hard and mostly black. The only remotely decent thing was the boneless wings. Obviously no one was responsible for quality control this evening. I cannot believe they had the audacity to the two pizzas and cheese sticks in the box. We should have just ordered Little Ceasars and saved some money.
