They “forgot” to return my card to me after I went through the drive thru. I went back for it once I realized they never gave it back. Their employees must have taken a picture of it or something because I had to change my card # after multiple charges were made on it afterwards…

I decided to go to the local kfc/a&w and was told my potpie order would be 20 minutes . I agreed to wait and was told to wait in spot one . After 20 minutes passed by I decided to walk in after no one was coming to bring my order. Upon approaching the counter the same person who had just took my order asked if they could help me. I told her I was waiting on my order and she asked for my receipt. After a few minutes the manager Walked up and apologized and said he was not informed of a potpie order and it would be another 20 minutes until my order was complete. The manager and crew really left me feeling like it was just another I’m sorry issue and being from Louisiana I see why it’s a reason businesses have a hard time staying in business in Colorado .at this rate with the manager here at this store I can see how things are happening here.

Haven’t seen a A&W in ages . Had to stop in and get a quick bite. Zesty fries, 10 pc CornDog Nuggets and a root beer …. $ 7.90. (In todays world this is a steal). Place was clean , quiet and people were friendly . If I were staying longer I’d be back

Do not go here stay as far away as possible this location is a black eye to the a&w name. Our food was a Completely a mess 1st the wrapper on my burger was ripped in more the one place as Well as saturated in grease the burger was a total mess a monkey could do better I’m sure the fries must have been made over an hour ago they were absolutely disgusting nasty nasty my dog won’t even eat them and as for the root beer float no ice cream at all I mean maybe a half scoop, if that. the pop was flat and warm how do you get warm root beer when it’s supposed to be ROOT BEER FLOAT AND On top of it all we had nobody ahead of us yet we waited 12 min from the time we placed the order this place is an embarrassment to the A&W NAME THEY NEED TO FIX THIS HOWEVER I THINK IT MUCH TO LATE WE WILL NEVER EVER NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND THAT’S A CRYING SHAME I hope they right this wrong i’v never had this bad of an experience ever with a fast food establishment and I have had a few whoppers this takes the cake it’s a sad day for a&w this place could spell the end for them if not corrected stay away

It was OK. The restaurant was still half closed off due to the pandemic that ended months ago. The price was pretty high for a regular sized hot dog with Chilli and cheese. Of course now a days everything is going up. Fries were good and hamburger was good, but high as well.
