Kirk Mango (Overall Kirk)
The wait times here get crazy so if you’re looking for a quick meal do not go at busy times. The food is delicious but also pretty pricey for a Pappas restaurant. Keep in mind it is freshly caught seafood so that is why. People from all over Houston go here so if you’re lucky you might get to see a local legend. Parking can get tight but they have a security guy driving around so your stuff is safe.

The shrimp alfredo pappardelle pasta was delicious. I would order this dish again. If you’re a pasta and seafood lover like me, I would say this is worth a try. Large amount of food for the price but I wouldn’t recommend warming this up for a day two meal. You will be left with a greasy mess, as the alfredo sauce doesn’t do well in the microwave.

Stop scrolling and head to Pappas! We visited the Houston area for 1 day due to a flight delay and are so glad we chose to eat here. We ordered the Pappas Deluxe Platter, the Mahi & Lemon Chili Crab, and the Jumbo Shrimp Brochette which is what our waiter, Jeremy L., recommended. First , I will say it was way too much food for 2 people, but being from west Texas fresh seafood is hard to come by so we splurged because we wanted to try different things. The entrees were all large- it was enough for 3-4 people easily.

Pappas was on and popping! We were visiting Houston, so this was our first time going. It lives up to its name and then some. Believe all of the raving reviews. All of our food was fantastic. I recommend going before 7 tho. It’s a large restaurant, but it fills up fast!

Consistently good food and service here with most any server. Had Asia a couple of times and she was great! Don’t come here expecting a cheap meal from Chili’s; it’s not cheap. We’ve tried several entrees here, and everything has been tasty and fresh! The location in Webster that I’ve been to a few times in the past and the food is consistently good.

One of the best seafood places. But 2023 busy mothers day, my takeout order was wrong. Very disappointed. Should have gotten grilled brochette jumbo shrimp, instead it was fried jumbo shrimp. Never even seen that item on the menu. Parking was horrible, but with it being mother’s day and small parking lot, I can sympathize. First time doing takeout, always did dine in. From my experience, would highly reccomend dine in. The premium price paid doesn’t constitute the mistakes made

Too many changes to the menu, they are basically fazing out this seafood restaurant. Also for a place that offers cocktails, Don’t expect a Luxardo in any of them! And my server on this particular visit was not helpful at all, at best she just put orders in for us. Are table was drenched with water, due to no coasters being put down, so after my phone and glasses getting wet I asked for some, and she said we had ran out. Price not worth the service.
