Was trying to go in and eat in the lobby at 830pm and the sign says open until 10pm. Then go into the drive thru just deal with a rude cashier. Definitely need to work on customer service for being the only Taco Bell in the area. Can’t even enjoy a nice new building with out rude service. Don’t eat there. It is not worth it.

What’s up Taco Bell? While we love most of the menu, the new limited shredded beef grilled taco is sorely lacking! A scant tablespoon of meat/cheese for $3.79?! Wow, what a fail! You can and should do better!

I ordered food through throughthe app and when my husband went to get it he was told we did not have an order so he showed him the order number on his phone and the guy said I can’t help you and wouldn’t let him order anything else. Extremely rude

I want to tell someone my order inside, not do it myself. I took forever to put my order into the machine, go to pay and the machine turns white…. I’m standing by front registers trying to get someone to help me figure if my order was placed or not. It wasn’t. Had to do it all over again. But I can say, that the cashier who finally helped me, was nice and speedy

Went in store and used the kiosk to order a party pack of 12 Dorito Loco tacos the total was 23. And some change I waited almost 30 minutes and nothing also Noone came to the counter at all after they helped the gentleman ahead of me in line. So I go to the drive thru and place my order she tells me is 37 And some change I tell her I just ordered the same thing inside and it was 23. The lady working the window said ” if it’s cheaper then come in didn’t care to fix it or explain..and I told her I was just inside and Noone helped me while I was in there and she proceeds to say I don’t know I just work the window but she was the same lady who helped the gentleman in front of me inside.. was just a waste of time so I left and went to taco mayo got my food within 6 minutes

Ordered through mobile and I got home to realize I was missing 2 items from my order. Drove back and had me wait in the parking lot, I was sitting there for 30 minutes. They were getting busy so I waited longer than I usually would, and I drove back up to the window and the guy at the window laughed and the first thing he said was “oh I forgot I’ll get it this time.” I said I have waited 30 minutes and he closed the window on me. No apology or anything and told me to go park again. Very rude and disrespectful.

I mean, it’s Taco Bell, but it is one of the cleanest and friendliest Taco Bell’s you will ever visit. The few times we have come here, the staff are genuinely nice, our orders have been correct, and the food is always as expected. A dependable option if you find yourself in Anadarko.
