Ottos has always been my go to pizza place since I’ve moved to Maine. McKenzie at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions and answering all my questions thoughtfully. This place is a must stop if your in the area! I tried the pulled pork mango pizza and it was to die for and wish I had experience this sooner. I love that they step out of the box with the pizza topping and the staff was very friendly and it was a very clean well lit and welcoming atmosphere.

Not being from the area, and being vegan, I ordered a veggie pizza but after placing the order online they called to let me know they saw I chose vegan cheese and wanted to know if I was vegan since one veggie topping I ordered (butternut squash) was prepared with butter and I didn’t know. That was so helpful, I was really glad that they caught it! I switched to a different veggie and the pizza was delicious and filling!

Stopped by on a road trip to Canada. Very kind people but who in the world would put a burning hot plate at the checkout desk? There are small labels but they are blocked by a metallic bar. Careless design and I hope the owner sees this review and moves that liability of a machine. From the conversation I had with the cashier I wasn’t the first to be burned by this thing but hopefully I’ll be the last.

Otto offers some unique pizzas as well as some old favorites. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the service. They were friendly, polite, and looking to assist. Really love the fact that they offer vegan and vegetarian options. Will definitely come back and try their thicker crust.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve ordered twice from this location. The first order arrived ice cold and was missing the dessert I paid for. The second order (after being confirmed in writing by the restaurant and paid for) was canceled with no explanation. Very disappointing. Order from this restaurant at your own risk.

People there were very nice & friendly. Pizza was great, good crust & ingredients {very tasty). Came in last minute before closing {745pm}, thank you for staying open. Not a lot of places stay open late around the area, as I get out of work late.

The best. We stopped in on the way out of Portland and we were pleasantly surprised that there was an Otto in the area. The pizza was so good. We got four large slices and two drinks for around what it would cost for two McDonald’s meals. What a deal.
