the staff is nice, i really like the 1/2 off deal as i ended up saving some money, and the slices are nice and big. however, i found a long strand of hair coming out the box which grossed me out immensely. hair in food is a huge no no but i decided not to make a big deal out of it since they seemed pretty busy and i didn’t wanna be fussy. second, the pizza is just ok. i’ve had far better but it’s not terrible

Primo Pizza was so kind and sent a $5 coupon to my husband today for his Birthday. As a Retired Disabled Marine Corps Veteran that meant a lot because he is older & has just lost his job. With this coupon he was able to get a large pizza with 2 toppings on this Monday night special and it was $6 dollars with the coupon. In a world that doesn’t care, Primo Pizza does. Their food is delicious! Blessings! Roger & Margaret Moscater- Fairfield, CT.

Every pizza has its place and Primo is no different. You’re not getting New Haven pizza, but you are also not paying New Haven prices, not even Fairfield prices! I would say that Primo Pizza is college pizza. That is the best way to describe it. The dough is dense and the crust is chewy and soft. The sauce is canned sauce and the cheese is dry. They have great deals and provide a good product, so why the 3 stars? The store is disgustingly dirty. There was dirt around all the HVAC vents and one vent had a large hanging dirt/dust/web hanging from it. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see out. So, while the pizza was perfect for the price, I just couldn’t go back knowing how dirty the store was.

The pizza is great, but don’t order the garlic or cinnamon knots – it’s really poor quality and there’s barely any flavor.

This the best non-wood fired pizza in Fairfield for takeout. We get the extra dough and the toppings are large and fresh!

Primo pizza is easy to order online and has great prices during the week. We order on weekends too but it’s nice to get a discount during the week. Oh, and, the pizza tasted great!

Delivery was quick and they didn’t forget a single item which is a welcome change from our usual experience from other restaurants. Loved the ease of in line ordering and tipping so exchange was seamless. The delivery gentleman was super nice and liked our dogs. They sent me a text for free garlic knots which prompted me to order for the whole family. Their timing was perfect since I was deciding what to do for dinner. Would definitely order from them again!!
