Ordered in a non-rush hour. Went in when I received a text that my order was ready. Stood there trying to get the attention of employees so I could get my order that was on a shelf for 10 minutes while the front counter ignored everyone but the people who were waiting at the register for their meals to be completed and paid for. Multiple people were waiting for online orders and being actively ignored.

Still haven’t received refund and when I called store I was hung up on by the first girl to answer the phone. Very rude workers and incompetent management. If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away

I used my rewards to get a bigger plate and the cashier added $5 to my order and it was confusing. Once the $5 was removed and sat down to eat I noticed the noodles were undercooked. Also, the broccoli was undercooked, as well as the cheeses Rangoon were not fully cooked. Its strange how different this panda is compared to others.
