The service is ridiculously slow. There are employees standing around talking and I have waited to pick up this doordash for 15 minutes. There is 1 out of 4 employees working the rest are standing around. There are at least 5 orders not packed up just sitting on the counter while they talk. I will never accept another doordash for here or even eat here

Ms. Brenda was amazing ! I ordered my food for pickup on Juneteenth weekend and despite them only having 2 people working the service she provided was excellence. They have to be severely understaffed but Brenda still maintained a positive attitude, it’s a shame the company would schedule only 2 girls working on a holiday weekend. Do better.

Honestly was excited to try again as i had their food once before and it was okay then. However I was willing to give it another chance. It was pretty bad in my opinion. The fries seemed to be old and the wings were cold. Some of the people working were rude. It was kind of annoying but nothing crazy. To sum it up it was not a good second impression in my opinion.

Horrible. Waited for over an hour for four orders of wings with fries. Nothing special but apparently it was near impossible.. Had a manager in the store apologizing and some franchise inspector or something. The inspector knew they were short staffed and yet they sat at a table tapping away on a tablet instead of jumping in and helping them put out the orders. A total joke. Will go to Hooters or BWW from now on for sure.

Put next to no sauce on wings. My wings today, yoy couldn’t even tell they have been tossed in anything. Gave me blue cheese instead of ranch. By the time I realized their mess ups I was too far away to have them correct.

I spent almost 40 bucks in here only to have them say we don’t take hundred dollar bills. If that’s the case this establishment needs to have a sign up saying that. Had to leave to go get change to pay for the order. I actually wish I had left the food in there.

This place is delicious! I get the boneless wings and my favorite flavors are the Lousiana Rub and Old Bay. I have tried all the different fries and I would have to say the best are the Voodoo fries. Also the corn is amazing! The prices are reasonable and on Monday and Tuesday it is $.60 a wing which is a pretty nice deal. The wings are always moist and not dried out like most other places. They have a soda remix machine which is also great so you can get basically any flavor soda. Very friendly staff, sometimes they even hook you up with a few extra wings or a larger soda! All around great experience!
