Disgusting! I ordered a few items here and after opening the wrapper to my five layer burrito and taking a bite, I noticed mold on the wrapper. Avoid this location like the plague. I will definitely be following up with the local health department.

Ordered a Steak Burrito, a Cheesy Gordita Crunch & a small drink & told them we are seniors. The kid gave me two cups & I said I only need a cup for one drink. Still charged for the drink. When I told them I get a free drink 3 employees stood there & agreed about it for 5 mins. We are regular Taco Bell customers & this was the worst customer service ever.

I stopped in on the way back from a trip out of town. The food itself was fine. The staff was cordial, but they were bickering in the kitchen loud enough that I could hear in the front. It did not bother me, but it might be off-putting to others. I wasn’t a fan of where they placed their self-service ordering kiosk. Their position meant (late afternoon/early evening) the sun was positioned directly in our vision which made the screens hard to read. Also, they had a wall knocked out where I assume someone accidentally ran a vehicle into the side of the building. Sticking to the drive-thru might be the best option here.

So I pull up there at 10:10pm. One of the employees says they’re closed. I told him I was pulling a trailer and couldn’t make it through the drive thru and if I could just order something to go. He takes a drink of his coke and smerks, says there is nothing he can do about it and slams the door. 45 minutes waiting for my order, they were priotizing drive thru first, and lost the order of which the lobby orders were ordered, im pretty confident if i had not spoke up every person who ordered after myself would have gotten their food first as 2 orders already came out that were ordered 20 minutes after my order. This location needs new training on how to handle orders in the order they were ordered and not to prioritize drive thru over the lobby. One person in the lobby even got a refund he arrived next after myself seen the other 2 get thier orders and got a refund and left because of it.

I had been driving all day and got into town late so I had limited options. So I wound up here. Jus got a taco and Gordita crunch. Both the flour tortilla and the hard corn shell for the taco were stale and tasted as such. The staff was friendly enough though.

Arrived on a sunday at lunch to find the doors were locked. A customer got up and let us in. They explained they were short handed and the manager locked the doors because they got busy. Pretty sure i would want my business to be busy. Wow. This is sad
