Pizza Hut is simply Pizza Hut and you’re getting way less than what you’re paying for. The staff were thankfully kind and respectful, however the food isn’t ever good for what they’re charing. I understand it’d a fast food chain but when it’s cheaper to get authentic pizza then there’s a big problem.

It will be better once they are full staffed I am sure. Placed an order online and paid in store. When I went in to pick up my pizza they couldn’t find it. Said it had already been checked out. They did get my order in and only had to wait an extra 20 mins. I did notice when I got home that the extra marinara I paid for wasn’t with my order. My fault. I should have checked. Everyone has off days/nights so I will give them another chance. Pizza was good tho

didn’t answer the phone and hung up on me twice, had to go up to get the cinnamon sticks had to repay app messed up. n take took forever finally get home n foods cold. still not a single sorry worst pizza hut last pizza hut lol 20$ for a pizza might as well go somewhere fancy for the same price. this store is a whole joke

Ok pizza but their new tipping culture is absurd. I am not tipping on pizza I go and pick up and I am not ordering delivery because I am not paying a fee plus tip. How about y’all pay employees livable wages so you don’t have to ask me to pay your whole staff for you. With as much as your prices have increased why don’t you go ahead and give them a raise

2 for $5 deal went up. Now its says “$5 and more trash”. Now meduims are $8 each and delivery fee went up $1.50 to $4.50 fee. Store hours on 5 hrs a day…7pm to 12pm. Def overpriced now. I will be using local competitors due to increasing their cost.
