I got this Doordarshed and it’s the best sandwich I’ve had in bloomington. This bacon is actually crispy and cooked well instead of cold and soggy like you’d get at another place. Mmmmm. I kinda wanna order another sub.

The first time I ordered from here my sandwich was good. I ordered the Mediterranean, and it had plenty of toppings. Today I ordered the Roast Beef. There might have been two very thinly shaved pieces of roast beef on the skinny sandwich. Very disappointing!

It would be nice if they made sure my order was correct. I ordered a bowl of soup for my friend and only get a cup. The soup was great but it would be nice to get what you paid for. The staff left a little to be desired. It was my first time there and no one behind the counter would even look at me. Finally this one young man asked me if I had a to go order and directed me to a shelf that was holding the order. I had ordered a fountain drink and they didn’t bother to tell me were to fill it was. I had to search for that. All in all the soup was great the service was not.

I’ve ordered from this store multiple times and I’ve only ever had a complaint with the food one time. Which is correctable so no worries but today I will never return to potbelly in Bloomington IN I’m in the process of reaching out to who is above apparently the great manager at potbelly in bloomington IN but I’ve never been spoke to so aggressively and careless by a worker. This was so unbelievable and seemed unreal I literally started recorded the phone call because I could not believe the manner of hostility and aggressive I was met with, I was also hung up one twice. Food is great but if your looking to be treated with kindness in the hospitality industry this is not it. Seriously hoping when I turn these videos into who it concerns that they handel the situation appropriately and swiftly, because no loyal customer deserves to be treated or talked to the way I just was… again this was apparently the general manager that handled this situation like this. Which is even more crazy because my husband has been a general manager for many restrunts and has never or would ever treat anyone or talk to anyone like that customer family friend coworker or an employee. This situation isn’t even correctable unless she is sadly fired which I wish on anybody but I also don’t wish anyone to be talked to so aggressively and Hostle when calling a restrunt. I’m honestly not sure if this women was overly stressed but I pray she gets things worked out on her end because no one deserves what I just encountered. As a customer that’s spent a good 125 in two weeks at this restaurant, this incident is enough to make me never return again. Best of wish and I hope if your food gets messed up anyone but her answers the phone to help you bc none of their other employees have EVER spoke me to like that.
