Pikliz Bistro is hands DOWN the best place to find authentic Haitian cuisines from pastries to full meals! My favorite item on the menu is the pâté (meat pie) but you can’t really go wrong with anything. Beyond the food, Mr. and Mrs. Elie are the absolute sweetest, generous, and most passionate owners you’ll find. I would recommend anyone looking to have an authentic Haitian food experience to give this place a try. You won’t regret it!
