I was in the area for work, and I was heading somewhere else to eat, but I saw this place so I stopped by. Good food and clean. My only issue and why I give it a 4 out of 5 stars is the fact that they don’t have prices listed. No prices were on their brochure and they don’t have a website. I paid $11.88 for the meal above, which felt pricey. I couldn’t verify that I paid the correct price and had to trust they were giving me their correct price. I believe I paid an extra $1.00 just for the veggies.

This place used to have the best Chicharones in Philly. They have fallen off. Maybe they have a new cook or something but the chicharones are VERY salty recently. It’s not like it used to be. They have been too salty the last 3 times I’ve been here. So, I will have to look for another place now.

I have been coming here for years. They have the best mofongo hands down. I called in and was a little frustrated with some of the new rules they have but the person who I spoke with on the phone was very nice and accommodating.

Very delicious chicharrones! Came here specifically for that. It was crunchy and juicy. Never dry. Probably the best chicharrones I’ve had in the area. A little expensive. Spent $32 for a little over 2lbs of chicharrones at $14 a pound. But it’s truly delicious.

I drove 45 minutes because a friend recommend this spot. IF I could give 10 stars I would give 10 stars!! The food was Fresh, hot and YUMMIIIIII!!!! We had White rice with chicken, mangu with pepper steak, potato salad, yellow rice with pork, moro de gandules with onion steak and everything was AWESOME!! The place was INMACULATED CLEAN and the girls are very welcoming and friendly!! This will be my spot no matter what!!! Only one picture because we couldn’t wait to eat everything else
