LarderRoom…Arby’s is always my fast food go to when on the road. Today I enjoyed the new Fish Sandwich and the classic French Dip. Honestly I forgot they had a French Dip. And you get a huge cup of au jus! The food is always decent. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly!

Came into Arby’s to have lunch with my Hubby. The lady at the counter was very friendly when taking my order. Gave me cups for my drinks, and told me to go ahead and find a seat and she will bring the food out when it’s ready. Food hit the spot…was hot & good! Sauces were available for self serve… Very rare these days!

I asked for light sauce and then when I opened it up my bun is pretty much cracked in half if I could I would have put a zero but it ain’t going to allow me. And by the way the second shift manager on duty right now is rude. She I asked for my french dip to be toasted. She didn’t even toast it. She had an attitude about it. I will never come up here after 2:00 p.m. again

Had a great experience. The worker who took our order was extra helpful while we tried to figure out the order for our family with young kids. She was very welcoming and took the time to help us out to make sure we had everything we needed. The order was ready very quickly.

This restaurant has been open for an hour and a half the floor mats are hanging over the handrails. The counter tops at register, soda area, tables and floors were soiled with food and soda from what looks like days worth. The kid working the register stood there looking at us didn’t greet us or ask what we wanted to order I had to ask if he was ready to take our order. I will not be returning to this location.

Service was fast, food was delicious, can’t really complain about anything! Lot was clean but they had no customers. Sometimes having an empty lot could be unappealing but I’m happy it was empty lol. Will be back.

Fast and friendly service. Like any Arby’s in the cincy area I cant find one to make a beef and cheddar proper off the rip. Drive thru was quick though and the staff working were super friendly. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to drop back by if I were in the area again.
