Stopped by on a Sunday as we were leaving New Braunfels. You could tell it was a popular spot as the parking lot was packed and the reviews are pretty good. Overall, we got attended pretty quickly and the food and drinks were delicious! If you’re in the area, make this a stop! The decor inside is pretty beautiful as well. It was far too hot to sit outside, but it also looked pretty nice.

Nice place for lunch. We ordered the Pour Over w/fries (comes with a small bowl of a cheese sauce, really good!) & North Carolina burger w/salad (chili was good). Plus the order of onion rings, which were really good. Both burgers are made with homemade buns, a plus! Finally, a refreshing margarita. We sat inside because of this heat, but the outside dining area would be nice in cooler weather. $$

Stopped in here for dinner after a day at Schlitterbahn. There was about a 45 minute wait. They had a nice patio area, but the day we were here it was too hot to sit outside. Honestly inside, however, it was still pretty warm but it’s not their fault – just a really hot day and lots of in and out traffic. While we waited for our table, we were entertained by some live music on the patio. Once we were sad, our server was excellent. she had good recommendations. The beer selection was really large, with mostly craft style beers from Texas. lots of interesting, burger, selections, and they also have some interesting french fry selections. You have the option to upgrade your french fries for some of their “fancy fries” which we did. Not an inexpensive place to eat, but we felt like overall it was good value. The portions were huge and could easily be shared.

First timers and arrived around 4:30. No wait. Choice was to sit outdoors or at the bar. Over 100 degrees outside (they do, however, have misters on the patio). Bar was a winning choice. Shout out to Chris at the bar! Yummy dinner recommendations. The happy hour drinks were also tasty.

It was hotter than the Devil’s drawers outside when we went, but they put us at a table right under a fan and brought the ice water, stat! Service was amazing and even though they were busy, the food came out very quickly. And it was truly an exceptional burger. I got The Aloha. The Cajun fries were great! And the blended margarita saved my life in this unholy heat. Will definitely make this a regular stop when I’m up that way.

Best cheeseburgers in New Braunfels. The tacos were delicious too. It was a little hot outside but they had fans and misters to help. The boozy coffee was great. Almost like a bushwacker if you are from Flora-Bama. Good bar better food. The onion rings are a must try.

We decided to give this place a try as we’d been on the River for a few hours and had built up a big appetite. I’m keep this very simple, the food was delicious, the selection of craft beer was impressive, overall a great place to grab a bite and drinks after floating the River. Trust me it won’t disappoint, also the service was outstanding.
