Super glad that this place is back open now, even if it is only open for takeout like most restaurants. It looks like they remodeled too. Too bad we can’t dine in now.

The food here is like how my mom makes it–soooo good and definitely authentic. You can smell the goodness as soon as you walk in. The service is super quick just like most Vietnamese restaurants in Little Saigon. I’ve been coming to Quan Bun Ban Mai since I was 10(?), and I’m still coming back for more. Canh bun and bun rieu are both really popular and have been my go tos every time I’m here. Gosh, only if they had something like this in every state.

Great place for authentic Vietnamese noodle dishes. Family owned and operated. Staffs are friendly. Vietnamese speaking is recommended, but you can always point.

The best place for canh bún in OC. They’ve always kept the original taste forever.

Haven’t been here for a while but not bad, bún suông nước đỏ, different from what I remember from chợ Saigon in vietnam, cash only!

Excellent Canh Bún. This place is my must visit while in Cali every time. One thing I noticed is that they don’t hand-select the morning glory (rau muống) anymore, but chopping the vegetable in large quantity, which resulted in many thought to chew boiled rau muống.
