We’ve ordered from this location multiple times- and it’s been delicious every time, though it is a bit on the pricier side. We usually stick to the shrimp and mussels with the Boom sauce. I also like how if you get the headless shrimp, they also remove the shrimp vein as not all places do that. Goes great with a side of rice, since the sauce is slightly on the saltier side, but still tasty nevertheless!

Normally I order online and food has being excellent. Today I order snow legs broil garlic butter, afte a couple of bites, it was spicy, told the waitress, she suggested if I wanted to get my order redone I said yes. She took the order to the back and came back in two minutes. Here am thinking she broughta new garlic butter new order it was the same order with garlic seasoning on top, which made the order bitter taste. No apologies, no manager came to apologize either. Very disappointed and dissatisfied

Crafty Crab serves flavorful food. They provide relatively good service and the wait tike is not long. My only quirk is that the menu options have changed where you now have to select your item individually compared to when they used to have a selection for group of items. Overall I give them good ratings for a tasty food, nice ambiance and relatively good service.

We had a larger party. Went last night. It was very quiet in the restaurant with only a few other tables occupied. The service was very poor. Got appetizers in spurts. Didn’t ask till the end if we wanted drink refills. We ordered a few drink refills and did not get them and we decided to leave instead. I ordered raw oysters and they were not on the half shell and they brought them out saying they did not have saltines for them. We sent them back. Did not give us crab crackers till the end when we asked for them. The food was good but if we had a waitress that was good it could have been a great experience. There was just no reason for poor service. And of course since our party was large they tacked on 18% gratuity. We won’t be back.

So sad we love this place, we waited 10 min or so to get a table then we waited for about another 20 minutes at the table, just provided us with menus and we were told that they’ll be right back to attend us and never came back so we left. No drinks served. Waisted time. If you want to dine at the Crafty Crab head to the Coral Springs location much better service and you won’t be waiting long.

They seem to hold back a little bit on the seasoning, even when asked for extra. Service was pretty mid, we had to ask a busser to tell the waiter we would like some refills and to order some more food because our waiter went MIA for quite sometime without checking up on us. The sausage needs to be a better quality, the red crab we typically go to in PBC has a really great tasting and fresh sausage, this one is pretty mid. The seafood was a bit overcooked making it harder to peel and get to. Place was very clean, nice decor and great atmosphere. Would give it a 3.5 in comparison to better boils we’ve eaten at, otherwise probably a 4.
