Use to be my favorite place definitely gotta know someone there to get great customer service nothing for free, which I didn’t mind because I respect the business policy. Care to see folks with a job and to support the business. This staff is oc or Short. The final straw was when I found a roach in my box. You would’ve thought they try to resolve the issue but try to say it came from my house when I noticed it in their parking lot.

I ordered around 7:45, it’s 10:35 and my pizza has not been delivered. Called the store twice spoke with manager Will Ash, who was rude. He didn’t help to resolve the problem. Spoke with young lady who answered phone, the first time she was very rude. Im from jerzy…..and this right here was some b.s. I will never, ever order from no Pizza Hut from DC, if this is the service they given. Oh yeah, please inform the store manager about the store number…not the store phone number.

The pizza was very good. The only problem I have is the website doesn’t say you have to order online for the $9.99 3 toppings. Well I didn’t see it. While in the store a call came in and tried to order the same thing and the worker told that person you have to order online for that deal. Other than that I had no problem.
