I swear if i could do no stars i would. I ordered my food at 7:34pm it is now 9:38pm and i still have not receveied my order. I called the store to see where my food was and was on there automated system for 50mins just to be hung up on before anyone even spoke to me. my food was in quick check since 8:36pm which means my food has been sitting there for an hour and the status still shows in quick check. i am highly upset and i will never order again. And the sad part is they still are going to except me to pay for the food!!! And YALL WONT GET ANY MONEY FROM Me. yall should just close yall store if this is how yall do business.

I went to Domino’s in Conyers, and they did a great job. I’m sad to say, the one in Covington is doing bad since they changed management. I love the special for a one topping large pizza. Right now, I noticed that pizza is pretty much the same price in the grocery store, as it is at the pizza places.

There was definitely an issue with my order I had to turn around and go back to the store to receive the pizza I was supposed to have gotten in my order I was upset because I had to wait 35 minutes for the first pizza then came back and had to wait at least 15 to get the pizza that I was supposed to have in the first place. I returned to the store after making it three exits away home. I have to admit although I was upset and probably not that nice the manager nana (I believe she said her name was) maintained her cool she took full responsibility for the mishap and did not blame anyone else she listened and solved the problem 110 % beyond my expectations. The pizza was fantastic and I will definitely go back to this Domino’s. If you’re interested in the kind of pizza I like it was a Domino’s deluxe pizza with extra cheese and jalapenos added yum yum

I gave Domino’s another chance and they failed…. I stop stopped eating Domino’s years ago but I thought I’d give them another chance.. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni as well as cinnamon twist. The pizza was not the best and the cinnamon twist were nasty and not twist. Domino’s definitely promote false advertisement.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My pizza is dry with hardly no cheese or toppings and the crust is burnt. I called to complain. I asked for a manager an I have been on hold for 6 minutes. I don’t even believe I’m on hold just mute because the is no music playing nor their normal recording. I promise you we would not be hurt as a community if the closed this location.

This was my first time ordering from the Domino’s near my house. It was delivering I ordered at 1717 based on the tracker at 1844 I was still prepping. I called at 18:50 spoke to an Arthur who told me they were really bad busy due to the Super Bowl. Mines in today is February 11, which is a Saturday Super Bowl doesn’t start until February 12 and he starts to tell me about the other orders they’re behind when I pay my money and I place an order I don’t wanna hear about no one else’s order. I wanna know what’s taking so long for mine this was my first time ordering and my last time, this is unfortunate because this is the closest Domino’s by my house OF COURSE I CANCELED , but I’m OK with not ordering from them because my first experience was not good I will stick with Papa John’s and Pizza Hut

If I could rate this store half a star I would I ordered a pizza and wings at 6:40pm and it’s now 8:40 pm haven’t received my order I’ve called the store several times and no one answered and when they did they placed me on hold for over 36 mins I hung up and called back and they didn’t answer I paid over $40 for my food and never received it never spoke to anyone and didn’t get my money back
