My family went twice there the same day. Once in the morning for a coffee, which was handed to my father with the lid not on all the way so it ended up spilling on him and my mother. We went for dinner and had a mobile app order that we were charged for, but the store said they were unable to fulfill the order because it wasn’t pulling up for them. We even showed them the order on the phone, and that the money was charged, but we were sent away empty handed and they offered zero solution. I

So I work at the Casey’s right next door and I can usually count on this McDonald’s for great service. Whereas I can almost always count on days shift when I’m in a rush to eat before we get slammed over here, I’ve recently become a little a annoyed with the night crew. Most times it’s fine but lately some crew members have taken to locking the doors to the lobby way before the scheduled lobby close time but keeping he drive thru open. As posted on the door and online one would EXPECT to be able to get service at 10:30 when it clearly states you don’t close lobby until 11. And this has been recurring over the past three weeks and only on certain nights. I don’t wanna be a pushover but I’ll close my store next door at 10 and try to get dinner and I won’t even be able to go in nor will they pick up they’re ringing phone. When I was seen at the door I was blatantly ignored tonight, hence this review. I’m hoping this gets fixed and I’ll be speaking to a manager tomorrow afternoon.

I think you might want to consider re-evaluating your night time employees. My daughter just made a big mac meal order no pickles, large fry. She noticed as she drove away from the screen, they were charging her for each individual item instead of a meal; so when she got to the window she asked if they could make it a meal. The employee seemed upset she even asked. When she got home & went to eat the the big mac, it had NO MEAT at all and a bunch of pickles hidden under the cheese. This is very childish behavior because of a mistake made by the employee!
