Ordered a pizza by delivery as a mistake but was just gonna wait since it had already been done and I had an automatic tip in… my mind changed when the delivery time was 2 1/2 hours and it’s 2 miles from my house. Call the business the manager changed it to pickup and told me I couldn’t change the tip because it just automatic charges it but he didn’t do $7 worth of work and should have found a better way to fix that. Poor service by manager. Pizza Hut now had my business.

I ordered a grden pizza, thin crust well done. I also asked for no contact delivery. Drive threw pizza on steps, I have cameras so I seen it with my own 2 eyes. And this pizza is the absolute worst. Almost no toppings sauce or cheese.

I’ve always liked the pizza … not the operation. Slow and confused . The staff always seems to be in training. Customers walking over each other (if more than 2) to get attention . And this has been my experience at several locations. The staff also always seem unhappy or just a little more unhappy than the competitors. It’s a good pizza but frustrating experience. Also they seem to not have enough ovens to meet the demand. I’ll go back when you tell me they have more ovens.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!! We done a order they are doing contactless delivery left a 5 dollar tip online when ordering the delivery guy never rang the door bell nor knocked on the door we have dogs and they bark everytime and we was in living room would have heard it our selves we called back and said the diver never knocked that we have been wondering where it was we looked and it was out front cold cheese hardened and all the person on the phone said we rather give you a new pizza then a refund and we said okay but she said oh all our drivers are tied up we can not get it out to you so I said what about you’re manager they said our manger is not allowed to and I said what about you or any one she said they have to stay in store and asked for a refund for the second time and wanted to say agin we will replace it for you but how if you can not deliver it after we done paid for delivery once and it was messed up oh yea and as well we placed our order at 8pm and it is now 9:44

In my opinion, Papa John’s has very real competitors. It’s the best pizza place by a pretty wide margin. The pizza is always cooked properly. Order options are available online, over the phone, and in store. They offer both delivery and in store pickup. I ordered a medium pepperoni for $6.99 as a part of a meal deal bundle. It took about 10 minutes. If available, I would pick Papa John’s above all else.
