My Aunt in California sent me gift cards for Mother’s day…and I was so excited about my online purchases…very easy to do pick up/pay at store…when arriving at store #2239, cashier ID#9450… on 5/12/2023 I was the only customer at that time…no hello/how can I help you…NOTHING..after getting my order spending $92.97 gave him my gifts cards… NOTHING….no thank you for shopping,Thank you,have a good day…. I use Honey Baked Ham for my staff luncheons. My staff loves their menu. It is nice because you can order exactly what you want on your sandwich and they always make it just right. They also deliver to companies which is wonderful! Delivery driver and ENTIRE STAFF is just fabulous!

Bought the Happy Family 1/4 boneless ham package for Father’s Day. Claims it serves 4 to 6 people, but I’ll be lucky if it feeds my small family of 3. It MIGHT feed 4-6 TODDLERS…. but not full grown adults. I ended up having to make something to fill in the gap…

Went to pick up my Easter ham the Wednesday before Easter at the independence Ohio location. What a great team of workers. A cash register was down and they still manage to keep the line moving as quickly as possible. They were also very pleasant and dealing with crabby people. Positively excellent Smoked turkey with a sweet glaze on top. Mouth watering. Makes me want some now. The service was excellent , while they had a smile on there face. The parking lot was convenient. Did I mention that the staff was efficient and fast? Go there it’s yummy. Even if its just for holidays. People flock to this place.

I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER and this was for Thanksgiving “2021”. I called ahead. I arrived and waited outside and the line moved swiftly.
