Ordered the loaded tots on June 17 & they were burnt with hardly any toppings. I was told by Lori Lanier that she would be sending me a gift certificate. It is almost 3 weeks later & still haven’t seen the gift certificate. Very unprofessional. Poor service and poor food! I will definitely never order from this Dominos ever again!

So when you call to order you dont get connected to the store you get connected to some call center not in this country. Then i get told that delivery is not available to my address which i have had 100’s of pizzas from this store deliver to me.

By far the WORST dominos I’ve ever been to. I would rather starve than order food from here. If I could give negative stars I would. Placed an order online and it said it would be 30 minutes. After an hour and a half my pizza still was in “quality check.” I called the store because a quality check shouldn’t take over an hour. The guy working there said he didn’t even notice that we had placed the order. What?! So it’s been in quality check for an hour but somehow nobody has even seen this order? He said he could start the pizza in 20 minutes and it would be delivered in another hour. We placed the order over an hour ago, why would we have to wait another hour?!?! The worker literally did not care at all and acted like it was annoying that we called. Please keep in mind it was originally supposed to be delivered within 30 minutes and this was an hour after it was already supposed to be at our house (an hour and a half after placing the order). SUPPPEEERRRR unprofessional, beyond words. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food place. I understand people make mistakes, but the workers attitude towards it was unbelievable. He should honestly be fired. Take your business to Ted’s Pizza Palace…they are so much better!

The last time I went to a dominos was about 8 years ago where I watched a guy sneeze a loogy on his arm while holding my pizza for pickup. Thankfully his coworker told him to remake the pizza after I watched the entire scenario. So here we are 8 years later and I find myself at the Menomonie Dominos watching the guy at the till yank his pants up with his gloved hands, wipe the sweat off his brow (with gloves hands), take money with gloved hands and then go make pizzas! Yum!

I ordered and payed for one large pepperoni pizza online with a gift card. After watching the tracker sit in the “quality check” stage for 30 minutes, (50 minutes in total at this point) I gave the store a call to check on my order. The employee that answered the phone sounded like they had just woken up from a deep sleep… I gave them my address to verify and upon finding my order, they sounded as if they had no idea my order existed so it was obvious that nobody even started to make this pizza!! After acting like it was in process and would be out in 10 minutes… Or maybe 15… Probably… (I live 10 minutes from the store) at this point I just wanted to cancel my order because of the inconvenience, fortunately they were able to cancel my order even though I won’t get my gift card refunded for 2-5 days I probably won’t be using it at this location!!

Ordered a chicken alfredo bowl, NO ALFREDO SAUCE. Got an Italian sandwich, super undercooked bread, got a crispy thin crust pizza but this gave “crispy thin crust” a whole new name. Terrible

I don’t understand why they don’t toss their wings anymore they just drizzle the sauce on like that’s good enough wings are meant to be tossed in the sauce if asked I have been going to Domino’s for years and it’s only been the last couple times that I have not gotten tossed wings it’s just drizzle I definitely think they have gotten lazy at their job

I called an hour from closing time last night to order a couple pizzas, the girl who answered the phone was very patient and friendly answering my questions and making sure my order was right. After I placed my order, I got a call a minute later from the manager. The first thing he said was “stop calling, were closed”. I told him I was sorry and I didn’t realize because someone just took my order to which he said he was tired and wanted to go home. I would not be so upset if he was polite, but he was extremely rude. I understand long work days, but please understand that if your employees are taking orders, customers won’t know that you are closed. Could have handled this much better.

I ordered online and it was a great experience. The delivery was on time. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. The cheese was a little burt on the sides, but it was deliverd hot which was great! I much rather have a little burnt cheese than a cold sandwich. Overall, well done!! ✔ #yum
